Zhuhai CAC Wire Co., Ltd. Is the manufacturer which is specialized in the production of micro ( ≤ 0.050mm in diameter),Ultra-fine ( ≤ 0.025mm diameter),special (self-bonding)enameled wire.
CAC Wire with a high-trained team of professional staff,management staff,technical staff and skilled workers both have many years(5 ～ 20)for consecutively engaged in enameled wire production with their rich experience.. The varieties of our production consist of self-bonding enameled wire (Specification is 0.020-0.080 mm) and polyurethane wire(Specification is 0.020-0.050mm)etc.
Now,CAC Wire currently has 98 lines (head) wires of production scale. We will increase our production equipments to expand the scale to meet our client's needs in accordance with our plans in future.
Basically,CAC Wire have been selecting the high grade of the main and auxiliary materials for production of enameled wires which can ensure to satisfy our customers under our guaranteed materials.
The total area of our CAC Wire plant includes 3000 square meters with three floors. It is located near the peak of the “villa-style” industrial plant. Our location is independent far from other buildings. With the higher air clearliness surrounding our plant, which can provide us the good environment to produce micro and ultra-fine enameled wires for good quality guarantee.
CAC Wire has been equipped with essential, good enameled wire detection qpparatus and specialized laboratories which can attach great importance to our production process under our strict quality control. The implemention of ” 6σ ” quality management and “5S” on-site management with our on-going commitment which can improve the quality of our enameled wire to reach consistent level to meet our customer's needs.
